Food Hygiene Training is essential for everyone having any responsibility for hygiene. It will ensure that supervisors, managers and trainers understand their responsibilities and duties.

The training presentation and manuals are written in line with your business operations so that your staff can more easily relate the training to their daily roles. We never use 'off the shelf' training packages.

Training involves a number of short presentations after which worksheets must be completed by each delegate. A short multi choice examination must be satisfactorily passed for a certificate to be awarded.

Full certification is provided on successful completion of the course. Training is normally provided to groups of 6.
